I drove from Welland Ontario to this place to buy a \transmission\ for my rototiller I bought ten years three months ago. Perfect working order except the transmission casing had split. He told me that he had one. Drove to get it and he said it had 2 hours on it. It looked brand new. I guess it was. We'll put it on and see how it works. Thanks guys!!!

Customer Service, and Customer Experience are there #1 Priorities. The help and advice its greatly appreciated compared to walking into a Big box store and hoping to find someone, and crossing your fingers they have any experience with the job you are trying to tackle. Barrette’s Small Engine is right in your neighbourhood with the product network and connections to rival any big box store. My 4 yrs old Son and I needed a Leaf Blower/Vacuum. Conner was quick to assure me over the phone the price and selection would be perfect! Once we arrived at their 985 County Rd 27, Belle River, ON Location my Son loved to see their large selection of riding lawnmowers outside and around the parking lot, he was smiling ear to ear! The showroom is clean and organized, and additionally the New COVID-19 setup in place to keep customers of any comfort level happy. Conner was able to identify the requirements I had and recommend the Husqvarna 125BVx Gas blower/vacuum (mulcher) for my needs. As well my Son felt he had some needs also, and we were able to set him up with a Husqvarna Toy Chainsaw and Toy Blower with real engine sounds and movement. The team is organized, professional and friendly. We now have a 4yr warranty on our product and my two Sons have new toys just like Dad! We will definitely be back there sooner than my wife would like, Lol! Thank you Barrette’s

Barrette's small engine is a super great company to deal with. They are honest people and super knowledgeable, who care greatly about customer service, which is hard to find these days. I bough a used ridding lawnmower off them a couple years ago and had a problem with the alternator first year of owning it, which I did not know right away. Everyone was telling me it was the battery or other problems and brought it in to get fixed and they fund a problem right away and replaced the part free of charge and know it works like a champ. They have my business for years to come. Thanks guys!
