I was having problem with bell because I was changing from Sasktel to bell. I did the process online but there were so many issues and my SIM card never arrived and the customer service centre was extremely unhelpful. I went into the store in the mall and they solved my problem and gave me my SIM card in 30 min. Mckenzie was great help. Definitely recommend.
Kelsey D provided, probably the best customer experience ever. Very polite, warm, knowledgeable, professional. Covered everything my Wif and I needed, and did so ensuring we had what we wanted with fair prices and advice. Thanks Bell and Kelsey.
Great Customer service
Gave the guy my right address to ship the free airpods. They still send it to my old address. Called the store to get this corrected told me to call Customer service. Customer service.not much of a help. told me someone will contact me no one did. I will return the device and cancel.
Abi would be the only reason why I would choose Bell ever again. Not pushy and very much in customer’s best interest. Highly recommend!
I didn't have the best experience here, 2 weeks ago I spoke to a lady with blonde and dark hair and she was being very pushy and snappy. She got upset when she didn't get my sale and she didn't seem to have a care in the world about me after I told her I wasn't purchasing today just doing some calculations on pricing. I ended up going to the source for my bell plan as well because they actually gave me the time of day.
