Awesome experience on a small hike of 5.5 km. Beautiful and wide paths through the woods. Some elevation at the beginning and toward the latter half of the hike. Not too difficult for the average child or adult. Need to be careful in a few narrow and rocky places to avoid slipping or falling down. Rewarded by a small but lovely strip of sandy beach front and the views of Jug Island along with the blue water of Indian Arm. All in all a good experience on a sunny day.

Love this little beach. The hike is perfect for beginners, enough challenge to be more than just a walk but not too challenging!
Brisk 5 km hike was fun; trail is mostly in the shade. Beach itself is small and clean. Rough sand with plenty of barnacle-crusted rocks. Lots of long logs to sit on. Great for an afternoon getaway.
Nice beach. Busy but was able to be separated. Cold. Bring layers and good footwear
Beautiful spot for a swim. Easy 45min hike in.
