My experience is not with Frequency Hearing but with the owner Alissa. She assisted me in the purchase of my last hearing aids. She is both caring and professional. Without her strong suggestion and assistance I would not have applied to VAC for possible assistance with the costs of hearing aids. As a result I am receiving a monthly annuity that more than covers the replacement costs of hearing aids every 5 years. I wish Alissa all the best in her new business and have no hesitation in recommending her for your hearing needs. I know that I will be going to Beaumont when the warranty expires on my present aids expires. Alissa I would wish you good luck in your new endeavour but with your devotion to your clients luck will have little to do with your success.
