Caught the ferry to try the Sunday pour over, I need to say it was worth the ticket. Staff was really friendly, they seemed excited to educate me on the steps to making the perfect coffee and the farm direct beans. Most importantly, through the swag alone I can now keep trying to convince the locals they live on an Island. This has brought me years of joy, I can now confidently continue on my never ending dad joke!

Best coffee on the Sunshine Coast! Amazing staff and such a fun environment. Truly love this business!! Great for vegans too, as they often carry To Live For bakery and have a great vegan wrap.

Gibsons is fortunate to have such an incredible coffee shop! Their coffee is freshly roasted, the service is friendly and their team is always willing to answer any coffee questions you have. My latte that I ordered was amazing. I only wish I could get back here more often. I grabbed a great mug to remember my visit. If you’re ever up on the Sunshine Coast this is where you need to go.

Solid coffee spot to hit up in Gibson's. Service was friendly and efficient. Space has a cool aesthetic. We tried the vegan wrap, grilled cheese, and lemon blueberry muffin which were all really good. Mocha was ok, would probably try a different drink in the future. Worth a pop in, for sure.

Good vibes, nice merchandise and cups! Great interior, artwork is superb and from a local artist. Try the coffee cones, turmeric latte, and grilled cheeses! Everything though, is good. Small shop, but worth a look and try! Vegan and gluten free baked goods available. Excellent branding!
