I've always been able to find parking, and if it's not a check issue date I'm usually in through the lineup in no more 30 minutes, but if you insist on getting your check the same day on check issue, expect a delay for 2 hours or more, but the next two days the wait time will slow down. The staff is always friendly and so is the security. Very rare over the years have I ever met a staff that was cranky. But nevertheless we are human beings. The only downsize is the outside appearance looks very tacky, and the wheelchair access route not exactly smooth. Otherwise, I thank goodness for the service availability, and I hope eventually all of us would be able to move on to be more financially secure once our other barriers have been dissolved.

This place is not accessible, the automatic door buttons are more often than not broken, the staff are few and far between and the security barely speaks English understandably. The sidewalks are awful and uneven, making it a struggle to navigate with my wheelchair.
Wait forever, while many employees take their lunch outside of scheduled meal times. Many of them don't seem to communicate well with others, making relieving the proper services very difficult. However, it has improved slightly this past week so I haven't given up hope.
It is a very big joke to get any service on the phone. When you get the run around with them.
Super slow, never enough workers.
