I ordered a few different parts from Bayside through their website, and am very satisfied with the overall service. When the parts showed up it was exactly what I expected and they actually showed up quicker then I thought they would. What some people need to realize is getting performance bike parts isn't as quick as ordering something off Amazon and getting it the next day. It takes time to acquire them but I am very happy with how quick the process was. Thanks guys I'll be ordering with you again

I've been ordering parts from Bayside for years now and have had nothing short of an excellent experience as a customer. I live in Toronto so there's plenty of options around here for motorcycle parts - I keep going back to Bayside for their selection of premium products and excellent customer service. My questions and requests are always responded to courteously and in a timely manner. I think what some people don't realize is that it can sometimes take time to get parts from the manufacturer in Europe. A couple of years ago, I ordered an exhaust from SC-Project, directly from SC-Project's website. It took over 2 months to arrive and I was hit with customs and import charges. So the next time, I ordered through Bayside - it still took some time to get from the manufacturer to Bayside, but I was kept up to date on the status and once it arrived in their care, it was shipped the same day - plus I wasn't hit by those extra import costs. I couldn't ask for more. Some pictures attached of my SV650 - SC-Project exhaust and Rizoma mirrors ordered from Bayside Performance.

I went in with a preconceived desire for high performance tires for doing Moto Gymkhana as recommended by top riders in Japan. Last set of tires only lasted 2500km but they were 2500km of great fun. Kevin (very knowledgeable service person/owner) steered me in a better direction for super sticky tires for our cooler climate. Fantastic, I love them!!! Also got my system flashed and an oil change. Service was fast, friendly and affordable. I'll be back for sure, probably within 2500km of fun again.

Called today about a sprocket needed for a BST rim. Asked Kevin to please go ahead and order he told me it was easier to order online- gave me attitude and continued on about how busy they are and that he will try to call me back 10 days but it was faster online. Then continued to tell me about his surgery and how he's working 16 hour days. The amount of time he spent telling me that he was soooo busy he could have at least told me the part number to order or directed me into the correct brand that's compatible with the BST rims. I own my own motorcycle shop and we are busy as well but the lack of customer service is embarrassing. I have sent hundreds of customers your way as you deal with some brands that i dont and i won't be pushing your name anymore. As for not working on Ktms as per the previous post from a traveller. Its a tire that needs to be balanced they are all basically the same. It seems like a cop out for being busy and not wanting to help a fellow rider out. Had you at least made a suggestion as to a nearby shop etc that would have gone a long way. Just another example of poor service. Love how you went to my website and left a bad review a week later when i wasn't rude to you.

One of the best local shop to take your motorcycle for parts, gear, mods, or service tune up! I would highly recommend all my friends and the bike community to take your bike here for parts and service. The owner Kevin is highly knowledgeable with great attention to detail on all the bikes that come in and out! He definitely takes pride in his work, and has a great team to help my shopping, and service experience a breeze! Anna is great dealing with customers, and updating me on my bike during the time it was being serviced. As well, Pat is great dealing with the parts end and dealing with all other inquires. A FANTASTIC shop to bring your motorbike! Kevin went as far as cleaning and expecting my motorbike in detail, for all extra safety measurements before leaving the shop! He found a bulge on my front tire that needed to be addressed. Great Shop!!! You have to be nuts to take your bike at a dealership, because these guys not only service and sell bike parts but they TRACK their bikes.
