Excellent cipaille, made the old-fashioned way by a long-time employee of Gravelle's before it was shut down. Quality of meat is very good. Once, there was some confusion about my order, which was unfortunate as I drive in from an hour away for my cipaille. But it was the only time it happened, and it was resolved promptly.
