Great service. Knowledgeable staff who can answer questions. Great pricing. I needed a specific toilet that Amre was selling for 500.00 but couldn't get stock of. Paid 350.00 at Bartle & Gibson and got them the next day. They will be my first stop for any future purchases for sure.

Purchased items from a big box store. Later down the road I have problems with the item and I return to the store for advice and to find a replacement part. Just like every big box franchise store, the staff is of little help when it comes to service and maintenance of the items they sell or they just don’t really want to put the effort in. They had no replacements parts for the products and couldn’t provide any warranty information on the item that I wanted to fix. So, I head over to B&G and see if they have any advice for me. Once I walked in, the staff greeted me and they asked me if they could help. I told them my problem and within minutes they had a solution. With a simple check and their own industry knowledge, they informed me that the replacement part I needed was in stock and was actually free because of the manufacturers warranty. Now this may not seem like a big deal but not only did the big box store not have any product knowledge, even basic warranty, they would have forced me in to purchasing a new item and causing me major renovation costs on top of this. In the end it only took 20 minutes to fix the item with the replacement part. This here is why it is worth visiting this store and supporting local businesses. Thanks B&G!!
