We have used BTM while slowly renovating our farmhouse over the last 3 years with all new doors, trim etc We have been very pleased with their product knowledge, selection and service, our most recent project was converting an old closed stair case to a 1 sided open stair case, BTM measured for what we required for a 1 piece railing, tread caps and risers as well as spindles and a Post. It truly transformed our home and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the product as well as the customer service we received along the way from the stair department and customer service, With Covid we were not sure how things were going to go but were happy to see things well organized and excellent communication. Had to get some trim for a basement renovation. BTM was able to match things perfectly and despite the trim being backordered they delivered it within a week of it arriving. Delivery driver was courteous and carried the trim into the garage. Positive experience with a local business!
Very impressed! After hearing that my product was back ordered I was quite disappointed, however BTM had the owner of the company Lee call me directly to explain the situation. He was so helpful and really made things right with my order. This company cares about the satisfaction of their customers. I would 100% recommend. I used them for my order of shiplap and will be returning when we order the trim and doors for our house Reno.
Barrie Trim and Mouldings installed these gorgeous Stairs for us last week! Sean was very helpful with putting the right combination of Newell Post, spindle and Railing together for us. Thank you to the Installation and build Team, their attention to detail and excellent service start to finish was very evident.
Barrie Mould and Trim did an awesome job on our floating staircases. They accommodated us by sandblasting and clear coating our mono stringers which gave us the modern industrial look we were looking for and goes great with the stainless spindles! Great job!
