Lovely experience in the store today. Two staff members said hello and made me aware of the sale in the baby clothes. Found what I needed and/or wanted. Store was clean and as soon as I checked out the cashier sanitized the counters again.

Great service and a decent selection of toys and baby stuff. Good opportunity to try different brands and models of strollers. Used the online option to pick up in this store and the service was quick and courteous, great attitude.
The staff here are so lovely! Always nice to say hi even if just browsing. I have anxiety and I always feel at ease when they say hi, very approachable and helpful. Glad they opened in the South end.
My husband and I went in with an idea of what we wanted but as new parents to be we had lots of questions and at times felt overwhelmed. Thank goodness for Tanya who helped us! She was extremely patient, kind and very informative answering all of our questions which helped us tremendously. Jennifer at the cashier was also super friendly telling us that we are family and that they are always there to help. This kind of customer service is hard to come by and we feel incredibly grateful for the service we received from Tanya and Jennifer. Thank you ladies :)
We are bringing a little CHRISTmas cheer to some children in need and didn't want to give a generic toys. We thought they should be current and represent what's in the movie theatres and on tv. TOYS R US has everything, in fact it was a bit overwhelming. Which is why I am writing this review, to say Thank Q to MIKE ( sorry I don't know his last name ). Employee of the month, Santa's helper, or just a nice guy, MIKE made it happen️ That's how we met MIKE, he listened to our plan, budget, # children, ages and TOYS MUST BE CURRENT. He worked first with me ( boys ) and then helped my wife ( girls ). He took charge of our operation and worked the floor. He made it fun, time efficient, cost effective and did I say fun⁉️. Thank Q again for making it a GR8 customer experience. Grant and Michelle P.S. Face to face Ironman would easily beat Batman. Unless he didn't know Batman was looking for him. - Just sayin !
