Extremely knowledgeable and always friendly! I love how I can just bring my daughter in and tell them what she needs and they find the right fit. We only shop at spirals for all our dance needs as well as figure skating. Their expertise is incredible for finding what blade she needs and what support boot for figure skating. Love love love spirals and all their staff! Highly recommend them!
Picked up new figure skating boots today, my second pair from this store. Great customer service and fair prices. Easy to do business with both times. Will be back in the future
The staff at Spirals are very nice people, however the quality of dance shoes we have been purchasing is terrible, they fall apart in less than 4 months. Also the hours of operation at spirals are very inconvenient for working families who don't even get home from work until 5. And closing at 2 on a Saturday is just weird and very inconvenient.
