Annette was super helpful and patient with us throughout our mattress buying experience. The mattress we chose was delivered and placed on our bed frame 2 days later, and they took away our old mattress. We live outside of town, so we were very impressed with the speed of the whole process! So glad we went with Annette's advice and ended up with a great bed!! Been sleeping better than ever!

Ian went above and beyond with his customer service. We really appreciated his thoughtful approach to our needs and I never knew how much a proper pillow fitting would change my sleep quality. We definitely reccomend coming here for the high quality customer service we received.

Excellent service from the time we walked in to the store. We tried a variety of beds. Social distancing followed. We were impressed enough to purchase a mattress, mattress cover and bedsheets.

I was happy that we got a good deal on a mattress during a sales promotion period. However, just learned that to exchange a mattress ( we got same model line... different firmness levels... paid same price for each) under their 100 night guarantee policy, I would now have to pay 50 delivery AND current price of new mattress. Go figure, it's not on sale anymore. Sales rep neglected to mention that. Looking at 300 price difference. Got a response from owner, but they have yet to do anything to resolve concern.

I had a terrible experience. Our bed did not come on the day it was promised. I had to constantly call to get information of when to expect it, it was 2 weeks late with no apologies. Very very poor customer service.

I was so impressed with service and everything with this s company from sales in the store to delivery. Everything they said was right on!
