Good staff great products even filled up tire on truck when it was low while pickijg up new toro. Great people good prices. Other than they filled up oil about 375ml to high so when I was cutting and mower heated up the oil expanded and had nowhere to go but out the dipstick making one hell of a mess and a big pain in the rear end

My wife went into this establishment to get 2 lawnmower sized tires mounted on rims. This establishment, in my opinion, took advantage of an elderly women who didn't know better and charged her just over 52.00 to mount the two tires. I tired contacting this business for an explanation and got no reply. I thought that the days of small businesses taking advantage of the elderly, especially women who don't know better were long gone, but i guess there are still some out there that will. Before I decided to post this on the web, I showed this receipt to my local tire supplier to see if I myself was indeed out of line on what we paid and should not post my review to be fair. WON'T say what they said but in my personal opinion, I would avoid this establishment cause unless you are armed to the teeth with information, I personally feel by how they treated my wife, they would do it to others who don't know better. Judging from the reviews from previous customers, this establishment seems to have a few issues anyways. My personal opinion, if the extra money, i feel they over charged my wife is that important to them that they will not even respond to my email,, they can keep it. I will never go back to that business again anyways. A business who won't recognise their bad for the sake of few extra dollars or won't take the time justify their charge, doesn't deserve repeat business. I specifically gave them lots of notice to reply and also explained to them i would take to social media to vent my experience. They didn't even make any attempt at all. So this is my experience for what it's worth. I thought this was just a bad employee who took advantage of a customer but the owners never took the time to reply. Must be an acceptable practice????
Advertised a price online. After driving 60 km to their showroom they won’t honour price. Fraudulent way to get people into their store. Do not recommend.
Picked up a Stink chainsaw today. They gave me great advice making sure I got the right one. Price was good and they threw in a longer blade and a bunch of other stuff. They tested it and set it up and I got it full of gas and oil ready to use.
So far bought a chainsaw and a grass trimmer from them. They are helpful and informative and have good customer service. They also sell Stihl equipment which is very well made.
Brought my snowblower here for service and could not be any happier! The staff was very friendly and the mechanic took the time to explain what happened with my machine to ensure I was walking away a happy customer! The cost of the repair was very reasonable & acurate! I will definitely be back and was very impressed with the professionalism at Richview Lawn Equipment! Thank you!
Brought in my Toro lawn mower blade to get sharpened and received the blade back no better than when I brought it in. Sharpening a blade is simple and I have done it many times for another business. There is no excuse for this poor quality workmanship. Don't get your sharpening done here. Also took 2 days for a 5 to 10 minute job.
Went in for a bottle of oil ; was told on phone they would be happy to look at my mower so went ahead and asked for someone to look at my mower :thought they were providing excellent customer service. On buying the 7 oil was charged for the 5 minutes mechanic looked at the mower.Would have been fine if I was told up front that I would be charged. Good one.
