Very enjoyable for someone who dreads going to the denist. Staff was friendly, always inquired if I was ok and had any questions of what they were doing, explained my dental benefits to me before and after payment, great location as it 's near major roads, their hours work with someone who works in the city and weekends.
I had a payment issue with Park Place Dental. I was informed I had a cleaning upcoming. I was hesitant due to the fact I had just had a procedure done a few months prior. I agreed to the appointment, and the cleaning went great. My hygienist was great. I went to leave and was asked to pay for the visit. This has never happened to me in 25yrs, I and my spouse both have benefits. If I was near the end of my benefit year I would never have had a cleaning that I don't feel was necessary. I have learned a lesson from this and will not trust the dental office to inform me of my benefit limitation, as other offices have in the past. My family and I will find another dental office.
I chipped my tooth Monday evening and I am now all fixed up, like it never happened. I got in quickly and the repair took less than 30 minutes. I was able to see the chip before and after, on the tv screen and I was comfortable the entire time. Everyone is always so kind. Thank you for everything Park Place Dental!
Lost 2 crowns today and these people were able to get me in for repairs on short notice. Amazing experience!
