Both my wife and I have bought numerous items from them over the years and appreciate the high quality of service greatly. We've never been disappointed or had any problems even after having trusted them to do repairs or adjustments on items that were purchased elsewhere. The polite sales staff are very attentive and they provide customer care that is ALWAYS courteous, considerate, professional and informative. Left my watch 3 times for repairs for the same problem. Last time, the watch was left for repairs was in early January 2019. On April 15, still not fixed. Unrealiable business. Based on story told, I now suspect the watch was never sent for repairs hoping that I migh give up and buy another one. I am very frustrated and I will never return gain. Please be careful in your business there, if any. Too bad I have to give a star. It doesn't deserve one.
They do not stand by their product. I bought the new clasp they told me the best lasted less than 5 months. I would say defected clasp they will not replace. Clasp that came with necklace lasted 10 years.
What a joke this Jeweler is!!!!!! I have been waiting and getting the run around for 4 weeks for my ring to be done. At first the jeweler screwed up my ring and gave me a terrible quality setting to which my stone was loose and spinning. And then when I removed a small bar from my sitting, I can see where he cut the line with the cutters and told me its NOTHING and that its my fault because I decided to remove the bar!!!!!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE time i Called these people changed their story and have been stalling on having my ring ready. I have never ever dealt with such unprofessional people in the jewelry business. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY THERE AS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE DEVASTATING POOR QUALITY WORK AND IT WILL TAKE FOREVER!!!! I am beyond livid at how the two ladies at the store have been treating me as I was patience enough for 3 weeks. I cannot continue to be patient as I am seeing on how they are trying to manipulate their stories. I asked for John the Jeweler himself to contact me because I am disgusted at this time of customer service.
I bought my wife her wedding ring here and bought my wife a 10 year anniversary ring. They were very helpful and showed me the rings that I could afford. Almost 2 years after I bought the ring a small diamond had fallen out. I brought it in to be repaired. Almost 1 year after the warranty they fixed it at no cost or fuss. Martha had great customer service. I will return in the future.
