A huge thank you to Jay and the staff at NAPA AutoPro Northtown for their amazing service the other day. We were driving to Barrie from 2.5 hours away from our home, when my vehicle started making awful drumming noises. We phoned NAPA and asked if they could help us out - being a Saturday morning last minute - they didn't even hesitate to get us in immediately. They completed the service in less than 30 minutes of getting to the shop. You have no idea how much that meant to us. Highly recommend this shop and their amazing team. Thanks again!

Had my winter undercoating done here again (for the 3rd time now). They are doing such a great thorough job, actually much better than a specialized undercoating company. This shop is like a hidden pearl, incredible customer service, no surprise estiimates, clean, well organized; just the way it is supposed to be (but unfortunately very rare and hard to find). They will do undercoating for your car, when you ask for it (since it is not their main business). Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction seems to be their priority. Our mechanic up and retired (who does that? lol just teasing) and upon his departure, he referred us to these guys. Having been with this said mechanic who rightfully deserved to retire, for 10 years, I was sad and as always, a little hesitant to pursue a new mechanic. Hesitant in the fact that our family is loyal, and when we find a grade A company or person to work with (especially something requiring attention and safety), we like to stick with them forever and not stray away. I have to say, Northtown Autopro is amazing. Excellent customer service, great quality of care in their work, they take the time to explain things to us, just as our original mechanic did. We love the service here, they always try their best when it’s an urgent matter and they always try to work with your scheduling needs. We highly recommend this company.
