Had a great experience with the store staff. Angela was very professional and very knowledgable on the Jacuzzi product and super quick to help resolve my warranty issues with my jacuzzi tub.. I would definitely recommend to anybody in the market for a new tub to deal with this location in Barrie

I always like to see 5 Star reviews when things go right but what about when things go wrong? Sometimes I look for a 1 star review so I can see how a company addressed the customers complaint or concern. In my case Jacuzzi was amazing! My tub arrived (after a wait of a few weeks) and after I had taken the day off work and taken down my fence the tub that arrived was the wrong colour? A quick phone call to the Barrie store and I had all hands on deck trying to correct the situation. My sales agent (Paul) even offered to be there when the right Tub came to set everything up so I did not have to take another day off work. My experience with Jacuzzi Barrie has been wonderful. The people were great, cared about their customers and over delivered on quality. I love my new tub and the peace of mind knowing I’ll have support for any questions or concerns I have in the many years to come. Thanks All the staff at Jacuzzi.
There's no doubt that Jacuzzi is the industry leader when it comes to hot tubs. Quality and features are unmatched. But the customer service at the store was also top-notch. Jennifer was easy to get a hold of, knowledgable, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended - we'll be Jacuzzi for Life!

Disappointed in Staff and Return Policy We brought some recommended products for our spa on the advise of salesperson. When we used them in our spa they did not perform anywhere near to what the salesman had told us. When we tried to return products for a refund we were denied. Not the greatest way to build customer confidence. We now buy our spa supplies elsewhere.
