I went here for my sister's birthday party and it was very fun until when we came home to do lice checks because you were helmets there we had lice didn't go anywhere but there so no other place we could get it from. We called the staff and they didn't care that just said it was are fult. Never coming here again

This place is great for the athletic, adventurous type who has great balance and who isn't afraid of heights. It's also great for kids who throw caution to the wind and have no sense of fear. If you don't like climbing, zip lining, dangling in mid-air or jumping from tall structures, then this place isn't for you. The staff is friendly, which is important by the way, and there are plenty of people on staff. I got in through a Groupon deal, so it was inexpensive for me, but if you're paying full price, it's not cheap. My daughter and I had a 2 hour pass and after about 1.5 hours, we were ready do leave.

We enjoyed an amazing night here with our kids they had the best time and cant wait to return...i myself had a terrifying incident on the aerial course ...i got really nervous on the rope net obsticle...lost my gripping and fell got my leg tangled and badly roped burned and bruised my arm.(alot of upper body stregnth required for this one). By time i got to the other end i was in a complete panic and my leg tangled in again i had no strength to get myself backup to the platform..full blown anxiety/panic attack...and the staff came to my rescue... a staff member named cole amd another guy i cant recall his name came to help me out of my situation...i just want to say i couldnt have done it with out them..the support and teamwork between them was amazing. They calmed me down and got me out of there stayed with me the rest of the course and were so supportive...i was sooo greatful...we ran out of time and didnt get to try everything so we will be back again.we are very happy with the experience the staff the whole place. Your team ROCKS

We had our staff Christmas party at Jack's Urban Jungle and it was an amazing time! We felt really taken care of! Mike and Colleen went above and beyond and treated our team very well! There were lots of nice touches with a personalized quiz for our team members with a prize for the highest score and Christmas decorations for our belated Christmas party! They spent lots of time with us giving helpful advice and lots of encouragement. They were both very knowledgeable, as well! The rest of the staff were wonderful, too. The facility is incredible with a wide range of activities to try! It was clean, well set up, and obvious that safety and comfort were top priority. The facility caters to a wide variety of skill levels and there's something fun for everyone! They catered pizza, wraps and dessert for our team, as well. We highly recommend Jack's Urban Jungle! Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Excellent place for Kids to Adults. Indoor Ziplines, Zorbing balls, Cargo Climb, Rock Walls , Tree Top Ariel Trekking, and much more. Come as one or in a group cause there is plenty of activities to keep you busy for hours.

39 All day pass gives you a lot of activities including all climb walls, zorbing, aerial course, ninja, but limited to 1 zip line a 1 trampoline jump only. Kids had great time and lots of seats for patents to sit with free wifi.

We hosted a company team building day at Jacks Urban Jungle and it was a huge success. The staff where incredible and provided a great deal of instruction, safety and encouragement. It was amazing to see our. team work together and enjoy some friendly competition. The range of activities is VERY cool. Everything from athletically challenging yet scalable for all fitness levels to thrilling and just plain fun. We would highly recommend this facility. it is highly organized, clean and a blast.

Brought three kids aged 11,12 and 12 and they loved it so much they were disappointed to leave after 3 hours! Great venue, awesome staff, good value! Did not disappoint!!
