Have been to the store a couple of times. I have to admit that as a knitter I am a beginner. Elizabeth was beyond helpful. Not only with helping me to select the right project (complexity), the right yarn (organic bamboo cotton), and the cutest wood heart buttons from India. Over all the experience was great. The store is welcoming, and filled with some of the loveliest selections. I just wish I had more talent. Maybe I'll take a class some day. Well done Elizabeth!!!
Elizabeth knows everything! Can teach you anything you want to know with many drop in classes, and a wonderful social knit night on Wednesdays. Best yarn store in town, and if she doesn't have it, she can get it.
I have been a patron of Eliza's for several years. I have visited many yarn shops and by far Eliza's is my favourite yarn shop. You can browse and purchase a beautiful array of yarns, and a variety of classes. Most of all, the owner and staff are extremely helpful in increasing your skill level and helping their customers.
