My son got discharged from the hospital with a drainage tube installed. They sent us home with no care plan. We were in tears trying to deal with this ourselves and had no idea. LHIN had no nurses available. We were devastated. I reached out to this amazing company and the next day with had the very caring angel sent to us RPN Theresa. They saved us. Theresa was absolutely amazing, the best nurse we ever met. So caring and gentle and greatly relieved our stress, providing the best care and information! Highly recommended! Professional, timely, responsive and caring.
