I have to say I had one of the best purchasing experiences of my life buying from Barrie Nissan. I was greeted promptly, and the management team found me the perfect vehicle for my needs with no hassle. I got to know everyone at the dealership from the sales and service teams. I have to say the ease of getting finance and the help received from Graham McElhone was a breath of fresh air. He was able to get me financed and set up the payments to happen when it made sense. I would like to send a huge \thank you\ to Beth and Graham at the Barrie Nissan dealership located on Veterans Drive. After browsing the used inventory online, I scheduled a test drive for a 2014 Honda Accord Touring. On the day of my test drive I met with Beth, she was easy going, friendly and professional. I really appreciated the relaxed environment. I didn't feel like I was being pressured, overwhelmed or attacked at all (I've felt this previously in other dealerships from the employees, it is a complete turn off). After test driving this car, I chatted with Beth for a bit. She made it clear if I had any questions or concerns to contact her anytime. I still had a few more appointments at other dealerships that day. Once I was finished with my appointments, I phoned Beth asking if I could test drive the Honda Accord again since I really liked it. Beth said to come on over, that was no problem at all. After my second test drive with the Honda Accord and going over specs with Beth, we realized the vehicle's info chart on the window was listed incorrectly from the list price online due to a staff error. The dealership honoured the price that was on the cars window, as it was a couple hundred below the online listing price. Lastly, I discussed financing details with Graham, which was much easier than expected! He made everything run smoothly and quickly. A week later I picked up my new car, and I wouldn't change a thing. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service I experienced from the staff at Barrie Nissan. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Steve Ward, the Service Manager at Barrie Nissan was amazing to deal with! He went above and beyond in dealing with repairs I needed to get done after an unfortunate accident. The service Steve gave was personable and supportive. Barrie Nissan was fair in their dealings with me. The best dealership service that I have ever had!

Matt and all the service personnel where wonderful to deal with. I had 2 issues with my 2017 Rogue, an O2 sensor and 3 wheels that had very poor balancing. Matt had the car fixed up in no time and now it drives like a dream. A big thanks to Matt and all the service people at Barrie Nissan.
