A gallery of Interiors is not like your typical contracting/design/collaborative group. Most places that I went to for advice on how to begin a project, where and HOW to design properly, ended up with over the top expenses/quotes, and people who were not very easy to work with. Often times other places almost made me feel bad about my design thoughts... instead of coaching or offering different suggestions etc. This wonderful group of people, especially Melissa, were prompt, educated and reasonable with every area that I needed help with. The customer service was so fast, and specific, and I could not believe that after just a short timeframe, how we were able to come up with a plan that will be amazing when it’s finished. I feel SO comfortable with this company, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for any kind of help in this area. You won’t regret it!
Great place to go for your renovations. Mel is a great person to deal with and she has wonderful ideas that wouldn't even enter your mind.
I would rate this business a zero if possible. I felt totally ripped off by this business who would not honor their contract and repair what was not satisfactory. Be aware that when you are shopping you are dealing with the wife and secretary who were professional and accommodating. However when the work was completed, you are dealing with the \man\ who was not only rude not wanting to fix problems but also unwilling to allow you to even speak to the employees that were of service to you.
I was looking for a small hard to find item, and Steve was able to track it down with the distributor and have it for me within an hour. Very good service.
