Great convenience store to compliment the main restaurant Ramen Asahi. They offer various dishes, donburi bowls, onigiri rice sandwiches, and other Japanese delicacies, a great source of healthy comfort food!

Disclaimer I am not from Banff, just a thrifty visitor. We waited until they opened at 11:30 am so we could get their onigiri (rice packages with some kind of protein - beef sukiyaki, cooked salmon, cooked tuna, chicken karaage (fried chicken), cha siu pork - wrapped in seaweed). The onigiri sells for 2.65 each and a person could eat 2-3 depending on how hungry you are. This is perfect trail food although we weren't able to get any to take with us on our bikes because we didn't know they existed until after. If you are looking for cheap, yummy food on the go, make a stop here in the Sundance Mall.

Little convenience market (ran by Arashi Ramen), where you can pick up snacks or pre-made Japanese meals or snacks. We recently visited Japan, and it was awesome to find some of the unique items (onigiri, Japanese snacks and chocolates) you would find in Japan!
