Lovely store, great manager and fantastic products

I stopped at the Banff Fairmount hotel and visited the Snowflake store located in this hotel. I came with the sole purpose to purchase beige cape, but the sales rep was pretty rude and seemed to be annoyed that I dared to ask questions about the cape I was interested in. Assuming that I can't tell the difference between alpaca and goat, she gave me the lecture about these animals, not even trying to hide a disrespect in her tone. My husband witnessed this interaction and was appalled by lack respect and simple politeness from this sales rep. We decided that spending almost 1950 is not worth the attitude and left. By her accent, I would guess this sales rep is from the Eastern Europe. Need I say that we won't be back unless this store cares enough to hire people who appreciate Canadian values? People who treat customers with politeness and respect. Your loss, Snowflakes.
Great disappointment, asian sales rep had no manners, she was super rude and acted like we where waisting her time because we could not make a decision about the product.
The Asian sales rep called me and my friend " funny" in front of our face, just because we are Asian and she thought we didn't speak English. And after I told her "we do, and even if we don't, it's not something funny." She yelled at me! I was very shocked and don't recommend this store, entirely due to the sales representative/possible the owner of the store.
