Awesome place and the people working there are even better. Can’t believe the reviews with one star. I have been buying from them for ten yrs. I live on Lake Erie and when I order from them I get my product in two days! Before I order I do my homework and make sure that I measure and when not sure I call and get info. And if I’m still not sure will order minimum amount so that I don’t need to return to them, but rather add to my stock. I know I will use it down the road. It’s always been wholesale so if you don’t know that then you have not done your homework. They get Five stars from me because they are always courteous, fast to fulfill my orders and the quality is exceptional and very happy to support a Canadian supplier !!!!!!

Well the ladys who stalk the place are extremely helpful and friendly the lady at the front desk is always in a bad mood to put it nicely. Now with covid-19 they rather screw you over changing their return policies, what was b4 a modest restocking fee to now they're offering less than the metals worth if it was melted down yourself. Especially when the majority of these pieces are all still sealed in their packaging and you know they're just going to put it back on the Shelf and sell it for full price.

I went in and within 2 minutes, not even exaggerating, one of the workers came up to me and told me that there is a 150 minimum purchase. I guess they assumed i wasn't a buyer even though I've purchased from them in the past and never had to deal with this new ule\ of theirs.
