First time dealing with Bamford and I'm disappointed. Pre ordered a product from last week Friday and was told it would be ready for today, which is Friday. I was literally 5 mins away when I received a call saying they didnt have it in stock. Would of been nice if I received a heads up a few days before. We both know customer service and communication are key. Huge let down for a first impression.

Produce is always the freshest and the delivery time is always consistent. Both things you look for in suppliers. Super happy to have these guys on my side. Always fun to chat with the delivery guys as well. You can tell from the delivery guys to the phone operators that everyone that works for Bamford are happy employees.

I have spent the last few months working at this company for my co-op term and love it. Bamford Produce is a great place to work as I am surrounded by hard working and friendly individuals. The senior management is super supportive and brings excitement into all of our daily tasks. I've only been using Bamford for a short amount of time in a new role, but so far they have blown me away! My service rep is very responsive and thorough, and the quality and freshness of product is impressive. I find the online ordering platform intuitive and easy to navigate. The delivery window has been consistent, with great drivers who take themselves and their job seriously. I would recommend them to anyone in the foodservice industry!
