I have never dealt with anyone in business like the owner. He makes everyone feel like we are bothering him when ordering. Food is good but he really needs to put someone on the phone that has people skills and manners.I always ask how he’s doing and say hi when ordering. He responds with pick up or delivery. Never every greets back. These are the type that won’t last long term. I’m done with Bamboo. Lots of other choices.I just finished ready a lot of the post on the owners rudeness. He obviously doesn’t read them. I’m done

Food is just ok. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Acts like you are bothering him when you order, and will not accomodate you in any way. Will never go here again because his attitude is disgusting.
Will never order there again. Person who took order was very rude. They messed up my order. Tried calling back but couldn't get through until the next day. Refused to make me a new dish because they were too busy. I supposedly have a store credit but sadly I will never order again.
My entire family has long ordered from Bamboo (and previously Ho Wah) and will likely continue to do so. The food quality is generally very good and usually consistently so. We enjoy ordering the combination plates. The red flag for us is the service. The fellow who takes your order over the phone and serves you when you pick up clearly does not want to be working in customer service. He’s generally cold, short and shows no energy or enthusiasm for serving you. This is truly unfortunate. I’ve heard some say “well, if it weren’t for how amazing the food is...” - but I don’t believe it’s sustainable to continue supporting any business if they cannot take kind and gentle feedback (such as this) and make an earnest effort to show care and appreciation for our business. This is also true for all businesses. Thank you for reading. We hope Bamboo thrives and continues to serve the Windsor-community for years to come.
