Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. They arrived late to create the pillars we had asked for, guests were starting to arrive as they were trying to complete the pillars. We had sent photos of exactly what we wanted and the artist showed up without the photo and no idea what to make. I was too busy by that point to give direction. What I ended up with were some bunches of balloons that I could have had high school student volunteers do for free. We asked for a refund and we're still waiting for a response/ confirmation that it has been done.
