Strictly Canadian

I went here to get my first airsoft gun and the lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable, especially when it came to what types of bb ammunition would best fit my needs. The quality of the pistol I got was amazing, especially for the price I bought it at! Badlands will definitely be my go to store for airsoft equipment.

never been in store but ive ordered from them online multiple times and have always received quality products in a timely manner. Something that I cannot say about most airsoft places ive ordered from online. thanks again

I ordered a mask and spare lens on this site and it’s been a week and still has not shipped. On the website it says if you order before 1pm it will ship out same day but it has now been a week and my item still has not been shipped. I am understanding and called to see what was going on and on the phone I was told 2 separate times that it would be shipped out that day. After still not being shipped out I called just to check on the status of my item and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic saying “well if people didn’t keep calling then I would be able to get to the orders” and when I said okay I’ll let you get to it and won’t take up anymore of your time the response I got was “there you go now you’re finally getting it.” I should have cancelled my order right then and there because of this bad customer service and lack of professionalism but again he said he had closed the doors to the shop to get all the online orders out. I waited another day and then today and it still has not shipped. Terrible when they have that same day shipping posted on their website and it still has not shipped and also very upsetting when I was being understanding and still got very snarky remarks over the phone. Really bad customer service and if you want your product in a timely manner do not order from these guys..I am giving it until the end of the day to see if it ships and I will adjust this review but as of right now this has been a terrible experience dealing with these guys..worst part is it’s only a 2 hours drive away. Overall they are very slow and have very poor customer service.

I am not a paintball person. I go to this shop because they supply CO2 at a super fair price. They know what theyre doing, the service is quick and they weigh the canisters, you ALWAYS get friendly, fast and fair service here ! I use CO2 to make sparkling water, and I have not found anyone better in this city. The shop is staffed and run by young folks ... and they have figured out what \ Customer Service \ is !!!
