I bought a bicycle for my daughter and I got the help of a very pleasant young man name Jordan. He was so awesome. I have back problems and was wondering how heavy the bicycle would be, if I would be able to lift it and Jordan (the staff at toy's R Us on Hurontario and Eglinton) went above and beyond to help me. He even put the bicycle together for me, which was so awesome, because I would of had to figure it out myself and I'm not good at doing things like that and he also told me if I have any problems with the bicycle to bring it back so they can help me. Walmart and other stores needs to learn from this quality of service, because if I had bought it at Walmart, they'd say, "they're not allowed to put it together and also be rude about it". I would always recommend and shop at toy's R Us because of the way they try to help make things easier for their customers. . Jordan you are awesome and we need more people like you. Thank you for your awesome service.
