This fall our furnace experienced an issue which turned out to be an unusual and complicated repair. It not only required a number of return visits but also Priority having to reach out to other entities (like the manufacturer) as they tried to troubleshoot and solve the issue correctly. Kelly and Lance were amazing - knowledgeable, patient, professional and friendly. They really went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

All started with salesman Mark Bell, told him what I was after and details from another quote I received, he beat quote by 2000.00 with out me telling him my prices, he came and measured and confirmed info and we agreed to the deal. Only had to wait a couple days for install to be done, today 01/21/21, Tyler and Alex showed up to install, Mark gave them the run down on install and they worked non-stop til job was complete. I’m in Service Industry so always interested to see these newer /younger tradesman ! I was pleasantly surprised , on time , pleasant , worked hard and had pride in their work. Cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently, gave me a complete rundown on new system and took all my old stuff away !! Awesome job guys !! I highly recommend This crew and Priority Mechanical !! 5 stars

I am more than pleased with the service we received recently! We had Priority come in for a quote on a new furnace as ours had decided to call it quits. Our sales rep Steve was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. The company that had come in previously to give us a quote did not do the same thing and I explained to Steve that when they left I had no more knowledge than I did previously, but that was definitely not the case with Priority. I contacted Steve to tell him we definitely wanted to go with them and first thing the next morning the guys were in installing our new furnace! They were quick doing the installation and left the space exactly how they found it in terms of tidying up. I will definitely recommend Priority to anyone I know who needs some work done. Thanks so much guys for all your hard work, I can rest happily in my nice warm home

Amazing service and communication. Pricing was very fair and technicians and sales rep were very knowledgeable/skilled. Service began right at 8am as scheduled. Sales rep Mark even came to check in twice on how everything was going. Would highly recommend to a friend and would use their services again in the future!
