Know a few people working there. Very professional, helpful and take your needs seriously, no answering machine and once you are set up with them you can always get a hold of someone. Would definitely recommend for any import/export needs, customs brokerage or customs compliance.

I am a new company. First time I had experience importing goods to Canada. I found Axxess International on google. I read some reviews and I decided to give a call. Assistant on the phone directed my call to Sherri Kotler.(By the way what a professional service from the assistant each time when I called she made sure I talked to someone she didn't just transfer my call. Many thanks) At the beginning I was so worry; how I will do it, what is necessary I really got anxious. But Sherri Kotler (Business Development Coordinator in Axxess Int) explained everything A to Z, sent me the prices, agreement, POA right away and all these are happening after 4:00 PM. She worked hard for me even she gave her personal time continued working at home for me. At the end in 20 hours she finalized clearance process from the custom. What I really like about Sherri whenever I called her, she responded my calls each time whenever I emailed her, she responded right away. I have great experience with Axxess International INC because of Sherri Kotler. I can't thank her enough for assisting me clear my goods from customs such a short notice. Sherri with your positive attitude, great communication skills and knowledge, you are the best. Thanks for everything. I definitely recommend Axxess Intertational . I will work with them again without any hesitation.

Terrible service, not willing to fix answering in English. When called, no life person to answer a call. The only English option is to press 1 for English which never works, system I guess is created to ignore English speakers. It's been a year and this was never corrected. Do not recommend this broker as it is ignorant.
