My first contact with Dennis and Paul was at the National Home Show in spring 2017. I was in the process of planning some extensive renovations in our downtown loft condo and wanted to have something different from the traditional TV that was mounted either on a wall, above a fireplace or in a cabinet. I was interested in a projection screen TV but because the space in the loft had large 14’ ceilings & curtain-less windows, did not want to resort to installing blackout curtains. I couldn’t find a retailer who was prepared to do this for me. Dennis and Paul listened carefully to what I wanted, came to our unit and developed a proposal for a projection screen TV and a more modern entertainment system using the Control 4 product line. We purchased a Zero G screen that looks absolutely amazing suspended directly in front of our windows. Dennis’s ideas, preparation and installation and follow up training on the new system were all very professional, expertly managed, within budget and excitingly successful. Paul was equally the consummate professional, always patient and sharing his knowledge in an understandable way. The system works brilliantly and it is extremely easy to navigate. Dennis and Paul make a terrific team that is squarely focused on their customers. I would be very pleased to recommend Avas & Concepts to any future clients. Their work is reliable, trustworthy, expert and innovative. Thank you Dennis and Paul – you have been simply outstanding.
