Broke the glass on my (almost 7 year old) iPad and thought it was destined for the trash. I use that thing everyday for my work. Looked at replacing it with a used one for 400 but heard about uBreakiFix from a friend. Brought the iPad in on Sunday and they changed the glass within 2 hours. The manager (who happened to be the one who took my repair in) even fixed the dent in the metal case. He was very friendly, professional and did an amazing job. He saved me at least 250.00. I was very impressed. I would absolutely recommend uBreakiFix to anyone looking to repair their device. Even if you think it can't be fixed, take it there to get it assessed. Best place to take your phone or tablet if you are having problems like a broken screen, liquid damage (in my case), etc. Polite and amiable. They actually LISTEN to you. They offered to open up my phone and diagnose it at no cost and said they'd only charge if they could fix it and got the go ahead from me. Waited an hour or so and they cleaned up the corrosion on the mother board in my cell which was the problem. Worked fine and continues to do so 3 months later. Very fair and reasonable cost. These guys are awesome and are an example of what REAL customer care is all about!
Had a very unfortunate accident involving my Pixel phone and water submersion. I found this store through the Pixel support website, as they are the only vendor that is Google authorized in the nearby area. They were not able to fully repair my phone as they noted excessive corrosion on the motherboard. However, they were able to repair it enough for me to backup my data. They were very transparent through the whole process and took the time to explain what they found through the diagnostic (for which they did not charge). They appear to be taking all appropriate safety precautions during the current pandemic situation. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future phone issues as I felt very satisfied with the service and physical location.
Jaden was incredibly helpful and as fast as could be. He fixed our son's IPad in a couple hours and looks great and performs like new. Thanks again! You'll be our first choice next time we need a tech repair.
