The Alley is a fantastic place to get bubble tea. All of their drinks are delicious and made swiftly. I accidentally dropped my drink on the floor outside immediately after buying it and when I came to the store and gave it to them, they happily replaced my drink. The staff are kind and patient and I love going here for bubble tea. Not to mention, the tapioca is always perfectly cooked.

I just wish ppl would wait outside or in their car for their order to be made. 2 person max inside meaning your standing inside with your buddy or partner while the rest of us are waiting to order standing outside is rude and selfish A bit of humanity goes a long way. It doesn't take 2 ppl to carry 2 drinks. Not all drinks are good. I had one and I thought it was swamp water and I have tasted swamp water backpacking. Be careful what you order. Your experience is based on perception. Employees mood customers in line and your choice of product. 5 star ratings are life changing or life saving people. Build a rating system which means something. 4 star is best ever repeat customer. You brag about the place. 3 star is well it was normal , nothing great probably won't go back. 2 star is warn anyone and everyone not to go. 1 star is criminal the establishment should not exist.
I hate to leave bad reviews but I've had bubble tea from The Alley twice and both times, immediately after, and for the next day my girlfriend and I have become very ill. As if we have the worlds worst hangover. The tea itself is great, really tasty stuff, very well presented and really nice staff. But yeah, great experience while I'm drinking it - it's good. Horrible experience for an at least a whole day after.
Still the besttt bbt in aurora. Employees were nice, they recommended the drink that suits my liking, which is the classic milk tea :D
Recently I tried their new drink - crunchy hot milk tea with brown sugar jelly. The milk tea and crunch was great but after awhile I started to itch. So this time I decided to order the same drink minus the brown sugar jelly. I went to the counter, placed my order and the lady said I cannot take the jelly out. I asked if the drinks are pre made. They said no, so I requested nicely for them to not put it in the first place. They said I have to take the drink as is and the only thing I can choose are the temperature and sugar level. Which is completely ridiculous to me. Now a days where people can make customization to nearly anything, The Alley in Aurora denied me my right to how I take my drink. Furthermore, the app is not user friendly.
The Tiramisu bubble tea with the crunchy bits is absolutely tasty. Thanks for my friend for treating me the bubble tea.
The staff here are so friendly and the interior is beautiful! The drinks of course are the best! Would highly recommend!
