I had the opportunity to see Riccardo last march when I suffered a stage 2 tear in my calf muscle playing squash. Meeting Ric, was the sole reason for my recovery. His timing of when to press the envelope and push harder, but knowing when to back off back off was instrumental in my quick recovery. He is professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. I again used Ric this past October when I ruptured a disc in my neck and suffered nerve damage in my arm/hand. I was physically and emotionally stressed from the injury as it was life altering. I was considering neck fusion surgery to rectify the injury. Ric's guidance, words of encouragement, and patience working with me through my recovery has meant I am committed to my recovery without surgery. The the staff the therapists, and the atmosphere at Life spring are a cut above the rest, and if I could give them a 6 star rating I would. Thanks Ric, and Lifespring

Best physio you can find in York Region. I have been seeing Ron and various therapists on staff for almost 20 years now, and diagnostics and treatment are always spot on! What I value most is the hands on (literally) treatment, in combination with acupuncture, cupping, ultrasound and actual physical therapy.
