Went into Freshii today for a healthy lunch option. Grabbed the Fiesta and added chicken. Place was pretty full of customers, however service was quick and easy. Decided to eat my lunch inside, table was a little dirty, but not a big deal. Food was filling and pretty tasty.

Awesome staff, always nice and get all the small details. Order is always fresh, correct, and on time. Have ordered in store and on the app and have nothing but good expierneces!

My friend drove from Mt. Albert for this order for our family. 3 Buddha Satays were dry and were mostly noodles! There was no lime wedge either to help. My friend’s burrito was missing but paid for. Terrible! We prefer Freshii in East Gwillimbury.

For the past couple years I have been a frequent customer of this location. Heck, the people know my order before I even say it. But I must say the service has tanked considerably in the past year. I used to be able to order in and out in five min or less. That luxury is a thing of the past. The last three times I found myself waiting far longer among a lot of other people while Uber order after Uber order is fulfilled. I understand that Uber orders mean less money to the proprietor so I make it a point of going in person...but no more. Ill opt to make my own food or support a other institution that has a more efficient means for getting customers in and out while limiting their exposure to other customers. Today there were 9 other customers patiently waiting while three uber orders waltzed in and out. Perhaps having more than two people working during a lunch rush might be a start. Anyhow, hope they can get this resolved or they will lose more people like me
