The residence suites, common areas and gardens are very well kept. A number of services are offered on site to meet the care and social needs of the residents. The staff are so very kind, thoughtful, respectful and most important caring. As a family member I am kept well informed of my fathers well being and receive quick responses on any questions and concerns that may arise. During these difficult times, I am so grateful for safe wonderful care my father has received. Thank you Hollandview staff!!

During the pandemic, Hollandview provided us constant communications, and therefore, confident that our mother was safe and in incredibly professional hands. We strongly believe that it is because of the management team and how they managed the situation, our mother is safe and will remain that way into the future. The Staff at Chartwell Hollandview Trail Retirement Community has been absolutely wonderful to work with during the last number of months that my Dad has been a resident. Family members receive continued updates and pictures of what's happening at the residence. My Dad recently celebrated his 90th birthday and even with all of the restrictions, we came up with a plan for 2 groups of people to have an outdoor visit with him. This truly is a lovely retirement home for older loved ones. It's been a relief to know that he's living in a place with high standards of care and respect for their aging residents. Lenore Greaves

Great staff. Residents are treated royally. They are so accommodating to assist you with your loved one. They have so many programs and initiatives for all. Our loved one, who was going through a dark time losing their love - spouse, has thrived thanks to Hollandview. During this trying pandemic times, they have gone above and beyond to make the situation/experience a bareable one for all residents. 100% Covid free!! Congrats - no small feat.!

The staff at Hollandview are nothing short of exceptional. Our mom has lived there in independent living for 4 years and currently 2 years in assisted care. I’ve never seen a more family-oriented place. Mom LOVES everyone - they are her family. Especially during this strange year of covid 19 the staff have done everything possible to keep the residents and staff safe, while providing family unique ways to visit our loved ones. From FaceTimes to patio visits we’ve felt connected. Thank you Hollandview staff !!!!
