John was sent by xplornet to install internet service and drove a ground spike through my sump pump line. After filing a complaint with xplornet John lied and said he came to my house excavated and found that the pipe had in fact froze however the tower he installed has never been moved, let alone been dug under. I now have to take legal action against audiosaurus and xplornet to pay for the plumbing repair.

We've been having Xplornet issues since a recent storm and our work order was given to Audiosauras. Within 12 hours of getting the work order from Xplornet they called us to set up an appointment to repair. Our situation proved challenging not only because the signal was difficult to find, but they had to come in and fix multiple problems left by another technician. They handled everything professionally and they absolutely refused to leave until we had a reliable signal. These guys were great and I appreciate the time they took to make sure our issues were resolved. Thank you Audiosauras!

Had to threaten to call police to stop xplorenet from sending these guys to my house. I was home alone when the guys showed up you fix my internet connection. Tried to sell me a different internet service (new contract) but I said I wanted to speak with my husband and find out the new terms of the contract before agreeing to installation. He turned irate and threatened to have xplorenet put a note on my account so that they'll refuse to send technicians to my house. Somehow he found out that I later agreed to the new internet platform, despite the fact that I told xplorenet not to audiosaurus to my house. He called me at 9pm at night to confront me about not agreeing to let him install it while he was there - basically demanded an explanation. By far the worst dealing I've ever had with any company. Xplorenet was terrible in their own right, but audiosaurus is by far the worst. Do not let these people in your home!!!
