Their sales (Pierre, Joe and Lindsay) and technical (Lee and Geoff) people respond to my emails very quickly, and they are always super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have had some minor issues with my Micromeritics instrument, and they have always been able to help me over the phone, or with an on-site visit (within a few weeks of my call). In addition, ATS Scientific goes above and beyond to host informative technical seminars for me and my students - to help make sure we are making the most of our purchased equipment! I highly recommend them as a scientific instrument distribution company, as their customer service AND technical support is the best.
