ZER0 Stars! Booked an apartment for 14 days. Tried to call days before to arrange the key and get instructions. No return calls, no emails, nothing! Front desk said they do not exist and are a problem. Booking.com got a hold of them and said they are canceling the reservation. Still waiting for my money to get returned.

Absolute scam, first off the photos of the suite were of a completely different unit that is more spacious then the one we were given. And we booked it on Expedia then the front desk said it’s an air bnb and need to contact host for extra key, it’s frustrating also no air conditioning, no shampoo and no balcony when the page said it was all included. Atlas hotel needs to re brand and the owner should be fined.

Had an amazing stay here :) The place is gorgeous and very home-like, I felt super comfortable during my week stay. Made things so easy on me. Not to mention, the staff is very polite and you can tell they take lots of pride in their services and ensure their customers are satisfied. Highly recommend :)

During our stay, the elevator broke down, with 10 of us trapped inside, including 2 very young children. We notified security via the telecom in the elevator, and they duly contacted the elevator repair personnel. - The security personnel explained that they could not contact the fire department. However, there was likely peak hour traffic that delayed the arrival of the elevator repair personnel. Given the circumstances, we expected them to contact the fire department immediately. We repeatedly requested them to call the fire department, but they refused. Fortunately, one of us had reception in the elevator, and we called the fire department ourselves. After we were rescued by the fire department, who arrived quickly in contrast, the elevator repair personnel still had not arrived. - The security personnel offered to check in on us every 5 minutes. However, they did not and we had to call them repeatedly to request a status update, given that the repair personnel had not arrived after sometime, and we were suffocating in the elevator, due to the small space and that there were 10 of us trapped. - We were not provided with reassurance on the rescue operation, which led to increased anxiety experienced. While the security personnel tried to address the situation, more could have been done, and done much better, especially given the circumstances. We followed up with the management, who duly acknowledged the severity of the issue, but they did not respond further despite multiple follow ups. In addition, the crockery and bed sheets were rather dirty. There were visible stains and dirt inside the crockery and on the bedsheets. The dryer was also dirty, with dirt and hair scattered around the interior.

This place is the worst place I have ever stayed! We had arrived a bit early to the apartment and the security said they hadn't got the key yet so we have to wait until 15:00. We waited until 1500 and finally they told us they couldn't find our booking. Later on a man without introducing who he is suddenly came to us and asked about our name and where did we book the suite. They kept saying they didn't have our booking and had no intention to do more. Finally one of my friend heard that man was saying his name and found out they made a mistake on the name. My friend made the booking by Agoda with her name and used her husband's credit card to hold the booking as we were requested to pay to the suite directly. The suite used credit card holder as the booker so they couldn't find our booking. That man came to us and kept saying "we don't know why! We have no idea!" with a very bad attitude! We even showed our booking reference to him but he just kept saying the same sentences! I can't believe the hotel staff is so arrogant! He should be here to solve problem for his customers rather than telling customers they know nothing! We had to explain what exactly happened with the booking problem to him! Then what actually we are paying for? A room only without any service only? After clarifying everything, he just asked the security to pass the key to us without telling us anything about the room. It made me feel like begging for the suite! There is no apologies from him of course! I don't even who he is! Besides, the room cleanliness was poor. I would never choose the place to stay again!
