Staff is helpful. Variety is good. Cleanliness is ok. Could be more organized. Prices not posted on many many items from produce to snacks, which results is surprises once one comes home and checks the receipt.

Amongst the bulk purchase on last Saturday Jan 23 /21 there was one item plastic container with Gur ( sugar stuff), on opening its lid at home , it was found that its seal at its mouth was already tampered , and stuffy was smelly too. I and my wife went to this store on Monday Jan 25 to bring to their notice and to get it replaced , expecting that we will be trusted being loyal customers for more than ten years, the lady at that counter said we should have called , I told her that I was at 12 hour shift working on Sunday, so couldn't, we are coming from Oakville on Monday anyway. The girl at the payment counter was polite though, but she rereferred to another lady ( seems to be newly recruited as lead ) who repeated the same thing in irritating way, far from courtesy. We would have been happier if she would have said politely , that sorry we cannot return/replace. But she behaved arrogantly and rudely , not expected from a customer service representative. Well , we hope she will not stay long here, with her gone ,this posting will also disappear. NB: The owner must reply to customer, if not , it means there is no sensitivity to people's genuine concerns
