I had some difficulty with my trailer brakes recently on the road to a camping trip. We called Campkin's who said they would take a look. Staff were phenomenal. Bill, Brandon, Alyssa and Carly could not have been more understanding and professional putting my safety and the safety of my family as a priority. They took us in immediately and we're able to identify and resolve the issue on a Friday of a long weekend no less! I cannot thank you all enough. We were looking for a small travel trailer for quite some time. We went into Campkins and met with Peter and he was absolutely great, he listened to our wish list and took care of us from the beginning. Our experience with Campkins was hands down the best we have ever had. Everyone in Campkins is friendly. Mike in parts is an amazing person to deal with. Everything went smoothly when we picked up our trailer they took the time and went through everything and listened and answered all our questions the service that day was exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about Campkin's RV! Just bought my 1st travel trailer from them and the selection of trailers was outstanding, their sales, financing, and delivery staff all went above and beyond to make sure my buying process was as stress free as possible. Everyone is super knowledgable about the trailers and parts they sell and we were made sure to have everything we could possibly need (sewer/water hoses and all that stuff) before we hit the road! They even took our trailer and tow vehicle for a test run to make sure everything worked properly!
We purchased a Coachmen Apex 215RBK from Campkins in early Sept and could not have had a more pleasant experience. The sales staff was easy to work with and accommodated all of our requests - which was great because we drove 7 hours to pick up the trailer. They are very thorough and have the sale / orientation process down to a science. Every aspect of the trailer was gone over in detail and my truck was calibrated to tow the trailer expertly. A big shout at to Allan, who spent 2 hours with us going over the trailer and maintenance requirements. We would definitely recommend Campkins to anyone looking for an RV.
