Alway a pleasant experience dropping in for parts or just having a question on one of our units. They under stand what customer service is all about even if you didn’t purchase a John Deere from them, they still answer any questions you may have and provide awesome service.

Waaaaay too expensive , took my Stihl leaf blower in there for what was supposed to be a “straight forward fix, with a couple inexpensive parts” I almost choked when I heard the total. The guy told me the shop rate was 150/hr. You could almost tell he was embarrassed for charging me so much. On top of it all the service manager Brock was rude from the first time I called. Barked at me when I couldn’t describe the problem perfectly over the phone. I should have stayed clear from the get-go. Lastly, had to keep calling to inquire about job completion. I was beyond patient, waited over 2 weeks, finally called again...”why yes, it’s here done ready to be picked up” , oh really when were you going to let me know?...I could go on but you get the drift. Horrible experience.
