I couldn't ask for better customer service. I've talked with 3 different people there and they have all been incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. They also are super efficient and would have had my glass ready and delivered in just one day had I not changed the order. I would highly recommend them!

My experience with Pat was excellent. We were broken into in the middle of the night, and after exhausting all the glass places in Vernon, I took a chance and called Nelson's on their 24 hr emergency line. Got an answering machine, he called me back about a minute later, and said he would be there as soon as possible. He showed up quickly, and got everything functioning to lock up very efficiently. Very positive attitude, which I needed after being up very early and trying to clean up my shop after the break in. I need to replace my doors, and of course Pat's getting my business. Great service is not dead!!!!
