Sooo I normally buy honey from brainy bee here in Kelowna (I love supporting local businesses) but I've been super disappointed in how fast their honey crystallizes (their honey crystallizes in about a week after opening...BOO) so I went on a mission to find some new honey which is how I came across Arlo's Honey Farm and I have to say their honey is fantastic. I did think their honey was a tad bit expensive but then I did a honey tasting....yes a honey tasting...which deemed Arlo's to be my favourite of the bunch that was tested. I compared 4 different okanagan honey farms (Brainy Bee, Arlo's, Meadow Vista, Dew Fresh Honey) and Arlo's took first place. They won simply due to their outstanding full bodied flavour and high viscosity consistency that makes their honey divine. I must say that Meadow Vista was a pretty close second but meadow vista is a bit runnier than Arlo's and I loveeeee the high viscosity that Arlo's achieves in their honey. Lastly, to comment on the price, the fact that their honey exceeds the flavour of the other less expensive companies, I don't mind paying 20 for 1kg as I greatly appreciate the product they have produced. Great job Arlo's I will be buying your honey for years to come!

Amazing place, family-owned and operated. Closed for the winter season however you can call and make an appointment to pick up their products.

Being a big fan of honey myself I'm a bit biased to say that I loved this place. There are so many options of honey and they are all great. You can have a taste at the gift shop. They also sell other types of products related to honey like creams and candles. The owner Helen was very kind and answer all our questions regarding this product and the harvesting. I really hope to go back there as soon as my honey reserve is finished.
