The ambience could be nice with the lighting and the music. But you’re not allowed to skate backwards (the signs for that are of course only in french) and at the same time people can take their stroller on the ice... The staff doesn’t really stick to its own rules and doesn’t care if people race about the rink and cut off beginners

Recently renovated, good size parking lot, walking distance from Prefontaine metro
Newly renovated arena with perfect ice, colored spotlights and ambient lights and a great sound system. All that makes free skating at Francis Bouillon a unique and awesome experience. The spectator benches are heated. Hard to ask for more. Awesome skating rink for kids, families and gown ups.
