KC and the rest of the guys at Arbutus Melville have been amazing. Even though our little RV only cost 6000 they treated us like we'd spent 100,000. Nothing was to much trouble. They took it down to Sydney to make the final walk round more local for us and those guys were just as amazing. Thanks again guys. You renewed our faith in customer service !

Great products but mediocre service. I absolutely love my Geo Pro trailer! After purchasing a trailer the following happened: - The bunks did not have the ladder and they did not communicate with me where it was until seeing this review. - Steve did a poor job showing me the trailer and didn’t give enough detail. - The shower was dirty and when I asked them to clean it they had my trailer for the entire day and literally cleaned everything but the shower, and in the process they removed my temporary license plate, we discovered this on our journey and we got stuck out of town without plates. - Because of covid, insurance hours are limited and we had to risk getting fined all weekend due to having no temporary plates. - I cleaned the shower drain myself in 2 minutes when I got home, so the entire process of getting the dealership to “clean” it was a waste of time. - They forgot to include the adapter for me to hook up my trailer to my house power. -They were unaware of many of the features my Geo Pro trailer has.
