Very pleased with the care that the person takes in how the goods are delivered. Always in top notch condition. Plus when you have a regular delivery by the same worker, it's a good thing when possible because even the neighbors become familiar with the individual and it is comforting especially in these days. This person is very respectful and also follows protocol due to covid19. To this person, \THANK-YOU.\ To others that have stepped in from time to time, you are also essential and appreciated. It was delivered but I didn’t appreciate it being thrown up the stairs onto the cement porch, considering there was a soft cover book inside. Damage was done to the book!
The main issue here was the package was delivered, but to the wrong address. We’re very fortunate that folks that live there know us very well. I’m not sure how this delivery person was able to mix it all up But the address it was intended to Be delivered too was unit 1712F, But if you look at the picture, as provided as proof of delivery, it was unit 1712A, In the end It all worked out but I can’t imagine how this person screwed it up. The entire shipping process worked extremely well until the last mile where it fell apart. Maybe somebody who cares could explain to me why this happened?
Next time don’t just throw the package on the floor at least hide it somewhere that is not as visible for others to see it. I just got my package stolen few weeks ago. The guy put it in my mailbox but didn’t close the mailbox Cover. I am sure You guys are aware of this situation! Thanks
I guess they did they job but there was no package at my door after receiving the delivery notice & picture. The person on the phone (who was actually quite helpful) couldn't tell me who the shipper was. That part was not so helpful. No one in the house had ordered anything.
